Developed in collaboration with Collective Identity, this project focused on the visual identity and website for a people-first executive search and advisory firm. We centered the brand around the founder’s reputation, values, and leadership approach, translating her track record into a refined system that communicates trust, discernment, and long-term partnership.


Connery Consulting had strong executive search credibility and a respected founder, but the brand and website followed a standard firm-led narrative. It didn’t reflect the founder’s values, judgment, or the personal, people-first way clients actually experience working with Connery. We clarified Connery’s positioning around fit, trust, and long-term partnership, translating the founder’s leadership philosophy into a refined brand system and structured website narrative. The work emphasized understated authority, human connection, and leadership as the true driver of company success. The result was a clearer, founder-led positioning that filtered for higher-alignment clients and reinforced Connery’s role as a long-term partner, not a transactional search firm.
